Includes organ function and herbal recommendations.
10/8 - Lymphatic Techniques for Sinuses and Face Sculpting
Includes how to use guasha tools.
10/22 - Lymph Love Life
Includes how to use a dry brush and create daily lymph support habits.
In-Person and Zoom Options.

9/24 - #1 Lymphatic Techniques Support to assist your Immune System
Learn about your lymphatic system and the role the organs play in your vitality and how to help your organs thrive. Includes herbal recommendations for respiratory infections.
10/8 - #2 Lymphatic Techniques for Sinuses and Face Sculpting
You will not only learn how to use the guasha tool for your neck and face, you will learn how to prime the way for deep drainage and lasting results.
Includes how to use guasha tools (1 required to participate in the class, 2 recommended).

10/22 - Lymph Love Life
Embody a relationship with your lymphatic system and anchor routines that will boost your flow.
Includes how to use a dry brush. Natural fiber brushes, like boar, recommended. Here is a link to one example, but you may find at a natural grocery or other local store.
